Heidi Reisenauer is Vice President of Creative at Flint, where she provides creative leadership and shapes strategic messaging for diverse client teams. Over the eight years she’s been with the agency, she’s led everything from social media strategy and PR campaigns to video content production and brand messaging development. What really energizes her are the projects that start with no clear direction. She thrives in the messy middle and builds smart, collaborative paths forward when there’s no roadmap.
Her experience spans industries like agriculture, manufacturing, health insurance, higher education, tourism, hospitality and ag tech — each bringing its own storytelling puzzle to solve. Heidi brings a journalistic curiosity and a strategic mind to every project, drawing from her background in mass communications, journalism and photojournalism at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
CliftonStrengths like Activator, Individualization, Strategic, Input and Relator reflect her capacity to kickstart ideas, see what makes people unique, gather smart data and connect across teams. She lives in Fargo with her three kids, who keep her inspired through art projects, outdoor exploration and board game showdowns.
Heidi’s happy place is running a new trail in the crisp, 50-degree fall air — she’s an endurance runner who thrives on setting goals and seeing them through. She is also an expert on random facts. From sharks to city government and everything in between, odds are high that Heidi knows something about it. She always wanted to be a writer for SNL but her love of early bedtimes got in the way of that. Instead, she would love to be a motivational coach and guide anyone looking to challenge themselves and reach their full potential.
